Our Origin
Making a Difference—One School at a Time.
Grabbing for Grades was designed to celebrate and encourage Clark County School District (CCSD) students who work hard and achieve Honor Roll. By recognizing academic success and rallying community support, we help students stay motivated—because when students are recognized, they excel!
We serve students across Clark County, Southern Nevada—including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities—by spotlighting achievement and making academics something to be proud of.
More Than a Mascot
Meet Einstein
Einstein isn’t just a character—he’s a tool for impact. He helps create excitement around academic achievement while reinforcing positive behavior in the classroom. By connecting rewards with effort, Einstein helps students build confidence, stay engaged, and strive for success. Einstein turns recognition into an experience—one that motivates students and strengthens school communities
Our Founder
The Heart Behind G4G
Founded by Charles Moynihan-Coloma, Grabbing for Grades grew from a simple belief: when students know their effort is noticed, achievement becomes something worth celebrating. As a North Las Vegas parent, Charles wanted to create a program that brings schools, families and local businesses together to make student success visible, exciting and memorable.
